ASRM issued an Ethics Committee opinion on fertility preservation for cancer patients in 2005, which was updated in 2013:
American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
ACOG Committee opinion on oocyte cryopreservation for fertility preservation in women facing medically-induced infertility. Issued in 2014 and reaffirmed in 2016.
