Financial Assistance Programs

The high cost of reproductive services can be a barrier for cancer patients who need to undergo fertility preservation treatments quickly, before they begin their cancer treatments. The programs listed below may help patients offset some of those costs.

Fertility Preservation

The Chick Mission

The Chick Mission

The Chick Mission provides urgent financial assistance to women newly diagnosed with cancer seeking fertility preservation access ahead of cancer treatment. Hope Grants are distributed in collaboration with 80+ fertility partners across 9 states (NY, NJ, TX, CA, CO, IL, FL, OK, MT), while also championing advocacy efforts for iatrogenic infertility insurance mandates.

Livestrong Fertility

LIVESTRONG Fertility offers a financial assistance program for newly diagnosed men and women who are seeking to bank sperm, eggs or embryos prior to cancer treatment. Applications for the program can be found here:

Worth the Wait Charity

First Steps

It is estimated that over 50% of patients who seek treatment do not have any level of fertility medical or drug coverage. The First Steps program takes into consideration household income and hardship cases to provide eligible patients with a 5%, 25%, 50%, or 75% discount off their fertility drug cost.
