- Are there activities, goals, or life plans that have been altered as a result?
- When you think about the future, what worries or uncertainties concern you most?
- What treatments have you/your loved one used to try to preserve fertility or to build a family? How well did these work?
- What are/were the most significant downsides (physical and/or emotional) side effects?
- How did you weigh the pros/cons of fertility treatment?
