Make your voice heard!

Submit a comment below for possible inclusion in the EL-PFDD meeting and/or subsequent Voice of the Patient report. (You will only be identified by first name, last initial or may request to remain anonymous.) These are prompts/ideas for you to consider:

  • When did you become aware of your infertility or potential for fertility loss?
  • What has had the biggest impact on your life (physical, emotional, and/or psychosocial)?
  • Does infertility or concerns about your future fertility affect daily life? Has this changed over time?
  • Are there activities, goals, or life plans that have been altered as a result?
  • When you think about the future, what worries or uncertainties concern you most?

  • What treatments have you/your loved one used to try to preserve fertility or to build a family? How well did these work?
  • What are/were the most significant downsides (physical and/or emotional) side effects?
  • How did you weigh the pros/cons of fertility treatment?
  • Would you participate in clinical trials for fertility-protective or restorative therapies?
  • What improvements or types of therapies would you like to see in the future?

Why Attend?

Thank You

We are able to organize this event and bring patients together from across the country to share their experiences thanks to the generous support of our corporate sponsor, EMD Serono, and through a partnership with the Cade Foundation.
